As part of our commitment to making life easier for our employees, we introduced Fuel Cards for everyone in the company. Each month, employees will be given a fuel card to help manage their petrol expenses. This gesture is just one of the many ways we aim to support and appreciate our team for their continuous hard work.

Increments & Promotions for All

We kicked off the year with a bang by announcing increments for all employees! Not only did we recognize their commitment to the company, but we also promoted many of our hardworking team members to new designations, acknowledging their growth and contribution to MAR Group’s success. This recognition is a testament to the culture of growth and opportunity that MAR Group thrives on.

Major Gifts for Exceptional Employees

The night was filled with excitement as we celebrated our top performers with grand gifts. We awarded two incredible employees for their outstanding performance:

• Waqas Tariq, our General Manager, received a Honda City Car as a special reward for his dedication and exceptional leadership throughout the year.

• Hassan Ramzan, our Operations Manager, was presented with a 100cc Prider Bike, acknowledging his consistent hard work and determination in making things happen for the company.

As we celebrated our achievements, we also took a moment to honor The Four — the four employees who have been the driving force behind our success. They’ve worked like a well-oiled machine, helping to steer the company towards its goals with unwavering determination and dedication. Together, they acted as the four tires of our company, speeding towards success in one unified direction. Here’s a special mention for these incredible individuals:

• Hassan Ramzan – Operations Manager
  A true powerhouse, Hassan has been pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and managing our resources efficiently. His dedication has been vital to our success.

• Adil Baig – Manager, Marketing and Technical Department
  Adil has been the strategic mind behind our marketing initiatives, bringing innovative ideas to life and boosting our technical operations to new heights.

• Muaaz Khan – Manager, Business Development & Sales Trainer
  Muaaz has been at the forefront of expanding our business, training our sales team, and creating new opportunities for growth. His leadership in business development has shaped MAR Group’s path forward.

• Javeria Afzal – Senior Sales Manager
  Javeria has excelled in leading the sales team, contributing significantly to revenue generation and client satisfaction, and helping us achieve remarkable targets.

One of the most exciting parts of the evening was when we asked everyone to share their New Year’s resolutions. Each employee wrote their resolution on a sticky note and placed it on the whiteboard.
